Evaluation.

Creativity: I would say my creativity has greatly improved since i have started as i have been working with different medias and have improved on using each one of them, i would say i have been quite creative during the unit and have had some good ideas, my music video treatment help me come up with some good ideas like the setting and how the whole narrative works, i have researched for some inspiration on some good ideas and altogether if it was out of 100% i started at 45% and am now at 75% as i have found a lot of new ideas and have tried using knew methods as i liked to stick to what i am used to.

Care: I have been quite cautious about my work, i have tried to accurately crop my pictures and have  been quite proud of my works outcome, i could of improved on my works size as i always used to get the wrong size, i have always tried my best to get the grammar perfect and i though i have done quite alright with that as the grammar looks good and readable it is good size and clear, the spelling looks about 97% correct with some minor problems.

Equipment: There has been plenty of equipment i am new to that i have used during this course and some that i have already used such as a photographer camera and photoshop but i am new to the things we have done in photoshop, some new things that i have never used before are blogger, in photoshop i did some things that were very new to me and have used new tools such as the magic wand and creating something new using different pictures, i have gotten really used to the tools i have been using in and can now use them well.

Saving & storing material: I have learned how to save photoshop document as JPG as you can then transfer them into blogger easier as it is recognized as a picture, i also know the correct sizes to make them but sometimes got them muddled up with cm, mm and m. Most of my files i store in my media documents as i can easily find them and they are in a sensible place, most of my spear folders i delete because i don't need them.

Strongest skill: My strongest skill would be creativity as i  am told i am quite a creative person, during this course i thought i have improved quite allot in it as i have come up with new ideas and completely tried things i have never done before as i have stated before, another skill i think i have improved in is my description and i think i have improved in that and i think i am good at creating questionnaires.

Skill i need to work on: The skill i need to work on the most is my timing as i find it a trouble to get my work done on time as i sometimes struggle in some aspects of the work we are doing and some of the tasks i can find hard and i also sometimes get the size of the document right as sometimes i make it to big and get get it on to blogger, i make this mistake about 43% of the time and it can be hassle as i then need extra time to change the size of the document, these are main skills i need to learn and i also need to improve my photoshops skills a little.

Research report.

1. The research I have been undertaking has been focussed on attempting to find out about many things about the form of the Music Video. The research has looked into various aspects including the analysis of music videos from the same artist and, more loosely, the same genre.

The research i have been doing included music that was mainly made up of the same artist and was also the same genre which is rock and indie. The music video demonstrates the genre characteristics because it has rock characteristics, the visuals also relate to the musics lyrics E.G. it talks about a city and the music video is set in a city. There is no dance to this music video, there is performance in the music video as the artist all sing and play there instruments at certain times in the song, There are close ups of the main artist because he is the lead singer, a part of my research was to create a mood board of the artist, the reason i have been doing this research was to learn more about the artist and chosen genre i have been doing.

2. The artists clothing is very casual and is nothing special they are seen in every day normal clothes, the location is in a popular but it is not told which city that is, the artist has a vary laid back attitude and is quite rebellious and random, the performance fits the narrative and story, i have learned that the band is very random and are extremely fond of the rock and indie genre, the feed back i have been getting was about 97% positive but had 3% negative due to the lighting and more detail required.

3. From the research i have done it has not changed my opinion because i have a better and more creative idea, my idea creates avery imaginative story that with the narrative and theme, my idea relates to the the rock and indie theme and sticks with the bands theme and randomness and also has new things that improve it.
There are not much changes i would make to it, i may add more detail though and talk about the lighting more a comment was that "some spelling and a bit more detail" showing that these were things i mainly needed to add.
